• 2 Passport size photo of student
• Birth certificate photocopy
• Previous year Mark-sheet photocopy
• Aadhar card photocopy
• Samagra ID (SSSM ID) code
• Original Transfer Certificate of previous school
  ( If the state is changed counter sign is needed)
• All the original certificate for proof
